Membership

Credits

Membership credits are redeemed at a 1:1 credit-to-member dollar value, meaning each credit equals one dollar toward eligible services and retail purchases at Gilded Palm.

Credits have no cash value and may not be refunded or transferred. Credits may be applied exclusively toward services and retail offerings. Any remaining balance after credits are applied must be paid using accepted payment methods.

Credits roll over from month to month while the membership remains active. Upon cancellation, any unused credits will expire ninety (90) days following cancellation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Credits Reloads

Reloads must be purchased in fixed increments. Reloads are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Gift cards may not be used to purchase reloads. Reloads do not alter membership tier.

Members may add Credits at any time through fixed reload increments:

$500 = 550 Credits

$1,000 = 1,120 Credits

$2,500 = 2,900 Credits

$5,000 = 6,000 Credits

$7,500 = 9,300 Credits

$10,000 = 13,000 Credits

Reload Rules:

• Fixed increments only

• Reloads cannot be split or combined

• Reloads do not change membership tier

• Credits do not convert to cash

Gifting Credits

Members receive annual gifting credits accoring to their tier.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are dollar-denominated only and separate from credits.

Cancellation

Members may cancel after six to twelve months (based upon initial commitment term) with 30 days written notice. Cancellation results in expiration of all unused Credits 90 days following cancellation of membership and forfeiture of unused promotional benefits. Early termination may result in forfeiture of unused credits or promotional benefits. In the event of cancellation prior to completion of the initial commitment period, any incentive or signature treatments received will be billed at their full retail value or deducted from remaining credits.

Trial Peroid for First-Time Clients

New clients receieve Member Pricing for their first size (6) months following their New Client Evaluation

Trial participants do not:

• Earn Credits

• Receive Gifting Credits

• Receive Incentive Signature Treatments

• Receive reload bonuses

No Transferability

Memberships, Credits, reloads, Incentive Signature Treatments, and promotional items are non-transferable and tied to the individual member.

Modifications

Gilded Palm may modify membership pricing, terms, and benefits at any time in compliance with applicable laws. Members will receive reasonable notice of substantive changes.

Incentive Signature Treatments Rules

• Must use within 90 days (except for Gilded Reserve Prepay option, which may be used at any point during the initial 12-month membership period)

• Non-transferable

• No cash value

• Not exchangeable

• One-time benefit only
