Kendall County Women’s Shelter provides safe, emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence. They have a 32-bed capacity house which is open 24/7 and even a kennel for pets. The shelter fosters a supportive environment where victims and their children can receive the support services they need to start the healing process and build new lives. They also offer nonresidential services to help those who have suffered from domestic violence in the past and/or who need help escaping a current, unsafe environment.
